Ts. Dr. Shankar Karuppayah is one of the consultants for UNDP and has been invited to attend the TWC meeting in Putrajaya to present the findings of the Inception Workshop that took place in December 2022. In addition, the TWC also further discussed on technical aspects of the planned project which is expected to end in Mid-2024.
