NAv6, USM — An introductory hands-on workshop on using Mendeley as a research management tool was held here on the 23rd March 2017. The one day workshop which was part of the NAv6’s Research Development Programme, was conducted by Mr. Mohd Kamal Mohd Napiah, a Senior Librarian from the USM Library. He introduced the different components available within Mendeley along with useful examples that helped the participants of the workshop to understand Mendeley better.

This workshop which was organized for the first with the collaboration of USM library, received overwhelming response with 20 participants which consisted of both students and lecturers of NAv6. The closing remarks of the workshop were delivered by Assoc. Prof Dr Wan Tat Chee, acting-director of NAv6 who also handed out a small token of appreciation to Mr. Mohd Kamal.
